You get these wines:

CHAMPAGNE: 18 BOTTLES (OC) - € 165 PR. BOTTLE

2008 Taittinger - Comtes de Champagne

The 2008 vintage is just something special, perhaps the best ever in Champagne - and for Comtes de Champagne. The four main critics all grab the very high points, with Champagne guru Richard Juhlin's 97 points particularly notable, arguably the lowest score of the four. Wine Advocate and Vinous award the 2008 Comtes 98 and 98+ points respectively, while James Suckling awards 99 points.

When the 2008 Comtes de Champagne was released in Q3 2020 to enormous interest, and despite Corona closures and closed restaurants, it still appeared on several Liv-ex top lists this fall and winter, including as the most traded wine by value.

Comparing quality across some of the biggest and most significant premium champagnes, Comtes de Champagne also looks highly attractive.

Comparing scores from Richard Juhlin on Cristal, Dom Pérignon and Comtes de Champagne across all vintages from 1990 to 2008, Comtes de Champagne simply outperforms Dom Pérignon and Cristal.

This underlines the generally towering level of Comtes de Champagne, and in the 2008 vintage, we may be dealing with the best Comtes - ever!

Champagne: 9 bottles (Magnum) - € 270 per bottle

2009 Philipponnat - Clos de Goisses (Magnum)

Champagne is synonymous with exclusivity and extravagance, but if you want to take this a step further, there's only one way to go - and that's towards the region's almost iconic single-estate champagnes, and that's exactly what you'll find here in Clos de Goisses. Even in magnums!

Single vineyard champagnes are the result of the top producers' painstaking work to convey the expression of a single vineyard in a bottle - just as we know it among the best wines of Burgundy.

Only around 30,000 bottles of Clos de Goisses are produced per vintage. This in itself is a negligible production, compared to the million dollar productions of the great prestige cuvées, but also compared to Salon, for example, which is otherwise notorious for a micro-production of around 60,000 ordinary bottles a year. But at the same time, the 30,000 bottles of Clos des Goisses is also a symbol of Philipponnat's quality consciousness, as this is only half of what the regulations allow them to produce at Clos des Goisses.

The 2009 vintage has even been awarded 96+ points by Wine Advocate, bringing it on par with the already legendary 2008 vintage, but at a significantly lower price.

Burgundy: 12 bottles (OC) - € 425 per bottle

2017 Denis Bachelet - Charmes Chambertin Vv

High scores and low production have made the 2017 Domaine Bachelet Charmes Chambertin Vv highly sought after. The supply of bottles in perfect condition in whole cases is almost non-existent on the open market.

Denis Bachelet is an unknown legend in Gevrey-Chambertin. He has single-handedly developed this domain since taking over in 1983 and has managed to keep it under the radar. That is over now, as recent vintages have received massive attention from critics and collectors alike around the world.

Denis Bachelet's Charmes-Chambertin is a wine made in approximately 2,000 bottles annually, and in recent years this has by no means been enough to satisfy international demand - if you want the best and most prestigious Charmes-Chambertin on offer today, this is the direction to look.

Italy: 24 bottles (OC) - € 140 per bottle

2018 Castello De Ama - L'Apparita

The crown jewel of Castello de Ama in the 2018 vintage, the latest release of the highly sought-after L'Apparita. Lorenza Sebasti and Marco Pallanti, respectively CEO and winemaker at Castello de Ama, refer to the 2018 vintage as the finest release they have ever produced and even rank it higher than the 2016 vintage, awarded the magic 100 points by Vinous.

The 2018 vintage is still so young that it has not been judged by the major critics, but with the above postulate in mind, we are dealing here with perhaps the best L'Apparita ever.

In addition, Italian wines are on the rise like never before - led by Tuscany, where the 2018 vintage is considered an excellent vintage. Right now, it can be bought at favorable prices, but it won't last long as the production is about 8,000 numbered bottles.

Whisky: 1 bottle - € 2.450 per bottle

1979 Port Ellen 37YO
- 17th. Release

Rare whisky is precious and sought-after, and is by far the best performing collectible asset over the past 10 years with a return of 478% - and perhaps not only among alternative assets?

And when the talk turns to the Port Ellen 37YO 17th release, its price alone has risen more than 17% since September 2020.

Port Ellen is an iconic distillery, and Diageo's special releases from Port Ellen have achieved cult status in record time. Now you can share in that very legacy and invest in parts of the total release of just 2,988 bottles of the last Port Ellen release in Diageo's Special Release series.
